These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Arcane Results website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Arcane Results provides marketing systems consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to: funnel design and development, email marketing, CRM setup and automation, marketing strategy, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and materials
Provide accurate and complete information relevant to the project
Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
Maintain active subscriptions to third-party platforms required for their project (e.g., GoHighLevel, email providers)

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal or agreement. General terms include:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Fixed-price projects are billed per the agreed schedule
Hourly work is billed at the agreed rate, invoiced weekly or bi-weekly
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project, including funnel designs, email copy, and automation workflows. Arcane Results retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific processes developed during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, login credentials, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.

6. Revisions and Scope Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun
If a project is cancelled before completion, the client will be billed for work completed to date
Completed deliverables are non-refundable

8. Limitation of Liability

Arcane Results provides marketing systems and strategy services. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or conversion rates. While we apply best practices and proven methodologies, results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client implementation, and audience response.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms (GoHighLevel, email providers, ad platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by these platforms that may affect deliverables or performance.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

The client will be billed for all work completed to date
All completed deliverables will be transferred to the client
Access credentials will be returned or transferred as appropriate

11. Testimonials and Portfolio

Arcane Results may use general descriptions of completed work in marketing materials and portfolio presentations, unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Specific client names, brands, or confidential details will not be used without explicit permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
